- Nick FowlerMany people don’t realize they have a right to use their own adjuster when they have an insurance claim. I was included in that group before I was introduced to Kend Adjusters. Frank is a thorough and experienced individual and was always available to answer my questions. He brought attention to many things I would never have noticed during my claim and helped me navigate my way through from start to finish. I believe that if I had not hired Kend my claim would not have been paid out appropriately, and I would have had a major headache on my hands. I would use them again without question.read moreread lessKen BolandThe Kend Adjusters team was there with us from the start. Your Losses Are Substantial
Massive property damage presents a number of tricky claims issues. A claim’s value may be impacted by the findings of concealed extensive damage, accurate estimates of loss, and accurate accounting of possessions.
Your Claim Appears To Be Held Up By The Insurance Company
You must request a response from your insurance company as soon as possible in all states. A backlog of claims occurs frequently after catastrophic disasters. In many cases, insurance companies bring in adjusters from out of state who are unfamiliar with local laws.
Insufficient Amount Based On Your Coverage
Policyholders shouldn’t be surprised that insurance companies do not always act in their best interests. Profit is the reason for their existence. You may value your property differently than they do, so you may need to adjust your appraisal accordingly.
In some cases, proposals don’t even come close to the cost of restoring damaged property. Alternately, they may determine that part of the damages are not covered. An insurance policy expert in North Wilton uses the Xactimate software to set the top level of estimations for our clients.

Wilton is a town in Fairfield County, Connecticut. As of the 2020 census, the town population was 18,503. In 2017, it was the sixth-wealthiest town per capita in Connecticut, the wealthiest U.S. state per capita.
The first written records of the areas that are now Wilton date back to 1640, when Roger Ludlow and his friends purchased land from the Indians between the Norwalk and Saugatuck Rivers and “a day’s walk into the country.” This land was called Norwalk.
The first settlers, called the Proprietors, arrived in Norwalk in 1651 and owned 50,000 acres (200 km²) in common. On the outskirts of Norwalk’s settled area, the Proprietors were allowed private ownership of land in a common planting field, but cattle, sheep, and hogs were grazed in a communal pasture area. The outer limit of this pasture approximates Wilton’s present southern boundary.
By the end of the 17th century, the Norwalk Proprietors began to sell off the northern lands for settlement. The first non-Indian settlements in what is now Wilton were in the fertile lands of the Norwalk River valley, and on the ridges of Belden Hill, Chestnut Hill, and Ridgefield Road. In order to till the lands, the settlers had to clear the forests and remove hundreds of glacial rocks, which became the stone boundary walls that are treasured today.

save you a lot of money by ensuring your insurance company pays the full amount it's
responsible for, based on your coverage.
A Public Adjuster is an authority on loss adjustments. We do not work for the Insurance
company, we only work for the public. We are retained to represent the public and are used for
preparing, filling and adjusting Insurance Claims. Our job is to make sure your Insurance
company pays you an equitable settlement for what you are entitled to under your Insurance
policy.
Public adjusters are specialists in the finer points and wording of insurance policies, as well as
the filing and adjustment of claims. They usually have past expertise in construction or a similar
sector, and they employ sophisticated tools to provide an unbiased assessment of a client’s
property damage. They understand how to track and submit a policyholder’s first and
supplementary claims.
They also assist customers in negotiating with subcontractors and their insurance companies.
Having an adjuster all across the procedure not only shields the insured from dangers caused
by inexperience but also saves the adjuster time.
